MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC

Ensure prompt assessment and detection of all risks that may adversely affect the company’s operation efficiency and objectives; and promptly report to the Risk Manager/ Chief Risk Officer for taking appropriate measures / remedies.

• Design, develop and deliver an overall operational risk management framework, policies and process for the Company.
• Implement integrated operational risk management framework, including regular update and implement Risk Control Self Assessment (RCSA) process, Los Event and Incident Process, key risk identification and mitigation, implementation of appropriate risk management systems and loss event database.
• Partner with other Domains/Departments to manage operational risks.
• Develop risk reporting /heatmap; timely communicate / escalate risk events, issues, and compliance with risk policies and limits to key stakeholders in the Company.
• Build risk awareness amongst staff by providing support and training within the Company.
• Assist in other areas of enterprise risk management as needed.
• Additional duties as assigned.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC

• Bachelor or post-graduate diploma required.
• Minimum of 3 years of work experience in relevant functional areas in insurance field of finance, (or alternatively in finance, banking, and/or audit) with in-depth and hands on exposure to the operational risk management are required.
• Attainment of professional designations such as FRM, CIA, CMA, CPA, etc. will be a plus.
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative and adaptive;
• Highly motivated, strong attention to detail, team oriented, organized.
• Knowledge of the COSO Enterprise Risk Management Framework preferred.
• Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues/partners in other functional units; to influence and lead people across cultures at a officer level
