CFA1.PM: Open-end và closed-end fund có Capital Gains Distribution, còn ETF ?

Đây là câu hỏi và đáp án em lấy từ trong curriculum, em vẫn chưa hiểu tại sao Open-end và closed-end fund mới có Capital Gains Distribution, còn ETF lại không có cái này, vì theo em tìm hiểu thì Capital Gains Distribution đều có ở cả mutual fund (gồm closed-end và open-end) và ETF như trong định nghĩa ở link sau ạ:
