CFA1.Ater: tính hard-hurdle rate và soft-hurdle rate

 Thầy cho em hỏi, ở phần Alternative Investments, hard-hurdle rate và soft-hurdle rate đều được tính dựa trên revenue của công ty sau khi trừ đi tất cả các khoản expenses (gồm taxes và cả management fee) ạ? 

Trợ giảng: theo như mình đọc trong sách thì cũng hiểu như vậy, vì “hurdle rate is a minimum rate of return that the GP must exceed in order to earn the performance fee” nên chỉ tiêu này cần tính sau management fee. Bạn có thể tham khảo thêm Schweser và Curriculum cho rõ hơn.
